A Star Shoutout is a short 30-60 second personalized video Shoutout ordered by the fan through our Star Shoutout marketplace. Once an order is placed, the Star has up to 10 days to review the personalized request and record the Shoutout, which is then delivered to the fan through our Star Shoutout Platform.
